Role Overview

As a Physical Therapist & Personal Trainer (EMS Specialist), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact, personalized fitness solutions to clients through advanced EMS technology. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive client assessments, designing tailored training programs, monitoring performance metrics, and providing continuous motivation to ensure optimal results. This role is instrumental in enhancing client retention, achieving transformative fitness outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Assessment & Program Design: Perform detailed evaluations of clients’ physical conditions, fitness levels, and goals to develop customized EMS-based training programs that align with their unique needs and aspirations.
• EMS Training Delivery: Conduct safe, effective, and engaging EMS training sessions, ensuring adherence to established protocols and client safety at all times.
• Performance Monitoring & Adaptation: Track client progress through systematic performance assessments and adjust training programs as necessary to optimize results and sustain motivation.
• Client Engagement & Motivation: Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional coaching, encouragement, and support to drive adherence, satisfaction, and long-term commitment.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, including proper equipment usage, hygiene protocols, and emergency response procedures, to ensure a secure training environment.
• Continuous Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging fitness technologies, and best practices in EMS training to enhance service delivery and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a closely related field.
  • Certification as a Personal Trainer from a reputable organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with hands-on experience in personal training or EMS-based training will be given strong consideration.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of fitness and training principles, including exercise physiology, functional training methods, and EMS technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, educate, and engage clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in designing and adapting training programs to meet diverse client needs and objectives.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and a client-centric approach to service delivery.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not required.
• Availability: Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs and operational demands.
