Position Overview

Qashib Beverages Establishment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic insights to drive informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting Operations: Manage and execute day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, periodic reports, and reconciliations in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Revenue and Expense Monitoring: Track and analyze revenues, expenses, and variances to identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for cost optimization.
• Inventory and Fixed Asset Management: Conduct regular reconciliations of inventory and fixed assets to ensure alignment with financial records and compliance with audit requirements.
• Chart of Accounts Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and update the chart of accounts to reflect the company’s evolving financial structure and reporting needs.
• Financial Analysis and Insights: Evaluate financial performance, prepare variance analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, operations, and senior leadership, to ensure seamless financial operations and alignment with business objectives.
• Compliance and Audit Support: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by maintaining organized financial records and responding to audit inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Additional Duties: Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks and special projects as assigned to contribute to the overall financial health and growth of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and reconciliation processes. Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for management.
• Technical Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to articulate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Local Preference: Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be given preference, ensuring seamless integration into the team and familiarity with local business practices.
