This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
• Manage and develop a team of culinary and service staff, providing training, coaching, and mentoring as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and control food costs, ensuring minimal waste and optimal usage.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service and event operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in food and beverage operations, with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
