Key Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Madi International by embodying the brand’s values and mission. Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to excellence.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a welcoming and informative manner, providing tailored beauty advice and product recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of beauty products, showcasing their features, benefits, and application techniques to highlight their value and efficacy.
• Sales Execution: Drive sales by identifying customer needs, addressing concerns, and closing transactions with confidence. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic upselling techniques.
• Market Insights: Gather and relay valuable customer feedback and market trends to the management team to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed effectively and inventory is well-stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align promotional activities, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives for maximum impact.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty, retail, or hospitality sectors. Prior experience as a promoter, beauty advisor, or sales associate is highly desirable.
• Knowledge: A strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and application techniques. Familiarity with skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers and build trust. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor is essential.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth through consultative selling techniques. Confidence in handling objections and negotiating with customers is critical.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
• Personal Grooming: Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the high-quality standards of the beauty industry.

Work Environment

This position is based in Jeddah and involves working in a retail or event-based setting, such as shopping malls, beauty expos, or brand-sponsored events. The role may require standing for extended periods, handling product samples, and engaging with customers in high-traffic areas. Weekend and evening work may be necessary to accommodate promotional events and peak shopping hours.
