Key Responsibilities

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Advanced certifications or relevant postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or a related discipline within a clinical or insurance setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of healthcare management systems, electronic health records (EHR), and data analytics tools. Familiarity with medical terminology and billing processes is essential.
