Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce, logistics, or q-commerce, with a track record of driving operational excellence and growth.
• Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of q-commerce models, last-mile delivery challenges, and supply chain dynamics, with hands-on experience in optimizing delivery networks.
