Job Overview

As a Waiter at Plaza Premium Group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food and beverage services to guests within our airport lounges in Saudi Arabia. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety for all food and beverage offerings. You will contribute to a seamless guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while adhering to strict hygiene and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and attentiveness.
• Serve food and beverage items in accordance with established service standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in all service areas, including buffet counters and dining spaces.
• Monitor and replenish hot and cold food items on buffet lines, ensuring freshness, quality, and visual appeal.
• Inspect food lines regularly to confirm cleanliness, proper stock levels, and the availability of appropriate serving utensils.
• Adhere to all local hygiene, food safety, and health regulations in Saudi Arabia to uphold the highest standards of compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with the service team during peak operational periods to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• A high school certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred; however, we welcome candidates with a passion for hospitality.
• Prior experience in hotel, catering, or food and beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A presentable appearance, outgoing personality, and a strong customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in spoken English is essential; additional proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset.
• Willingness to work flexible shift duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational demands.
• Availability to work at airport locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
