• Seamless Table Management: Expertly oversee the flow of guests by monitoring table availability and seating them in a timely, organized manner. Your keen attention to detail will minimize wait times and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Waitlist Coordination: Maintain an accurate and efficient waitlist system, providing guests with precise wait time estimates while managing walk-ins with ease. Your ability to balance multiple priorities will ensure a smooth and stress-free process.
• Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, including phone calls, reservations, and menu questions. Your strong communication skills will ensure guests receive prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.
• Maintenance of Front-of-House Standards: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the host station and entrance area. A tidy and welcoming environment reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Team Collaboration: During peak hours, assist with table clearing and guest check-ins to support the front-of-house team. Your willingness to step in and contribute will help maintain a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all.
