Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Tamheer – TIDES Financials. This role is designed to provide comprehensive internal planning and operational support for TIDES consultants and technology solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining requirements, supporting outsource hiring needs, managing onboarding coordination, budget planning and tracking, as well as monitoring solution renewals. Key Responsibilities

The Tamheer – TIDES Financials will be responsible for a wide range of financial and operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives. The primary responsibilities include:

• Financial Planning and Budget Tracking:

  Assist in the preparation of budget tracking sheets and financial summaries to support accurate financial forecasting. Maintain meticulous records of committed versus actual expenditures to ensure transparency and accountability. This role requires a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights for budget optimization.

• Vendor Delivery Monitoring:

  Support the tracking of vendor milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Compile comprehensive vendor performance data and SLA adherence information to evaluate vendor effectiveness. Maintain accurate vendor performance records for review meetings, enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering continuous improvement in vendor relationships.

• Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  Prepare periodic financial dashboards and supporting data analysis to provide stakeholders with clear and actionable financial insights. Consolidate financial information for internal reporting, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Assist in preparing presentations for leadership reviews, highlighting key financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

• Vendor Governance Documentation:

  Maintain up-to-date documentation related to vendor engagements and delivery status to ensure compliance with organizational policies and contractual obligations. Assist in preparing vendor review summaries that provide a comprehensive overview of performance, challenges, and recommendations. Organize supporting materials for governance meetings, facilitating productive discussions and informed decision-making.

Education and Experience
