In this international, challenging, and future-oriented role, you will:

• Achieve sales KPIs across various sales channels.
• Maximize market exploitation for Siemens' LV products and systems.
• Stay updated on market segments, pricing, competitors, and applications.
• Promote Siemens' competitive advantages.
• Support the back-office team in offers and orders processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Proactively assess and validate partner account needs.
• Support product marketing activities and new product launches.
• Conduct market size and share analysis, and maintain industry intelligence.
• Develop relationships with local networks, including Consultants, Contractors, Developers, and End Users.
• Drive projects with stakeholders through the entire sales process.
• Support customers in product evaluation and approval processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong sales and marketing background in LV products and systems.
• Proven teamwork and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking, high product and market analysis skills, and strong presentation abilities.
• Experience in channel partners business for LV, power, and control products.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
