Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leader Western Region to spearhead our project channel sales initiatives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This pivotal role will be based in Jeddah and will play a critical part in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and achieving corporate objectives within the Western Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results aligned with LIXIL’s global standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The Leader Western Region will be accountable for the overall performance and success of the project channel sales mission in KSA. This includes:
- Strategic Channel Management: Identifying and developing key channels and targets within the region, as allocated by the Leader Projects KSA, to maximize business opportunities. This involves focusing on three primary sub-channels:
- Sub Channel B (Residential): Targeting developers, contractors, and designers to drive sales in the residential sector.
- Sub Channel A (Hotels): Engaging hotel operators and developers to expand market share in the hospitality industry.
- Sub Channel C (Healthcare): Collaborating with owners and healthcare institutions to establish Grohe as a preferred brand in this critical sector.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with all relevant departments, including Supply Chain Management (SCM) and product teams, to develop and deliver tailored tools and resources that enhance service quality and support for project sales, ultimately driving increased revenue.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining a robust network of professional influencers, decision-makers, contractors, developers, dealers, and consultants through regular visits and relationship-building activities.
- Channel Partner Support: Providing strategic guidance and support to distribution channels, ensuring alignment with Grohe’s brand values and business objectives.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Delivering accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, while measuring and analyzing critical success factors to implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.
- Data Management & Reporting: Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of key project contacts in the region, preparing detailed reports for senior management, and gathering competitor market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Budget Adherence: Ensuring all activities are conducted within budget guidelines, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency and impact.
- Marketing & Brand Exposure: Identifying and leveraging marketing and specification events to maximize brand exposure, generate new business opportunities, and enhance Grohe’s reputation within the project sector.
- Salesforce Utilization: Ensuring full adherence to Salesforce CRM by creating, managing, and updating an elaborate database of leads, opportunities, and client prospects with all relevant information to drive informed decision-making.
- Inter-Channel Coordination: Facilitating seamless coordination with other business channels, including OTC (Over the Counter) and Showroom, to achieve common regional goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications & Experience
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the relevant experience:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field is required. An MBA is considered a valuable asset.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential. Additional language skills will be viewed as a significant advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable leadership role within the building materials industry or a related field. Candidates with a proven track record in project sales, business development, or a similar capacity will be prioritized.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the KSA market dynamics, particularly within the project sector, including residential, hospitality, and healthcare industries.
- Professional Competencies: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and deadline-driven environment while upholding LIXIL’s commitment to quality and excellence. Strong relationship management skills and experience in engaging with external stakeholders are critical.
Location & Commitment
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be expected to commence duties on September 1, 2026, and will be fully committed to driving the strategic and operational objectives of the Western Region.
