Key Responsibilities

Digital Channel Infrastructure & Management

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our core digital infrastructure, with a primary focus on our website, digital product catalogs, and dedicated landing pages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Updating and maintaining web content, technical datasheets, and digital assets to ensure structural accuracy, responsiveness, and alignment with corporate branding and guidelines.
• Ensuring the functionality, platform uptime, security configuration, and optimal page-load speeds across all web touchpoints to deliver a flawless user experience.
• Monitoring digital assets for consistency and accuracy, while adhering to best practices in web development and digital asset management.

Technical Deployment & Platform Coordination

You will play a critical role in the technical deployment and coordination of digital platforms by:

• Uploading, formatting, and publishing technical content across our web management systems (CMS) in alignment with approved campaign deployment timelines.
• Collaborating closely with internal IT departments and external web development teams to ensure the seamless deployment of new digital platforms or portal features.
• Supporting the technical localization, code embedding, and structural formatting of digital assets for regional sites to enhance accessibility and relevance.

Search & Analytics Operations Support

Your expertise will be instrumental in executing and optimizing our search engine strategies by:

• Monitoring and optimizing technical SEO elements, including meta-tagging, site mapping, and mobile responsiveness, to improve organic search rankings.
• Tracking web traffic patterns, lead form pathways, and user navigation setups to ensure accurate and comprehensive data capture across all web assets.
• Assisting in monitoring platform health metrics and generating basic technical performance diagnostics to identify areas for improvement.

Data Hygiene, Tracking & System Flow

You will maintain the integrity and accuracy of our digital data ecosystem by:

• Ensuring precise records of web assets, link tracking architectures (UTM parameters), and structural site updates to support data-driven decision-making.
• Generating technical reports on web performance, including organic search rankings, site traffic, bounce rates, and user experience metrics, to inform strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring data consistency and clean data-capture pathways across web forms and integrated backend marketing platforms to support seamless operations.

User Experience & Technical Issue Resolution

You will proactively monitor our web channels for backend issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them, including:

• Identifying and addressing backend issues related to broken links, faulty forms, layout shifts, or poor mobile user experiences to enhance usability.
• Coordinating directly with technical development teams to troubleshoot bugs, resolve system errors, and ensure smooth backend operations.

You will ensure that all digital operations adhere to corporate policies, brand guidelines, and applicable privacy standards by:

• Following approved data management and publishing processes for all structural website changes and script updates to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Competencies
