We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Development Finance Business Partner to join Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving financial excellence, fostering robust partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of development projects within the Qiddiya region. Key Responsibilities

The Director of Development Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning financial objectives with business growth strategies. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the long-term vision of Qiddiya Investment Company, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government entities, investors, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless project execution and funding opportunities.
• Project Financing & Investment Analysis: Lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of financing solutions for development projects, including assessing risks, optimizing capital structures, and identifying innovative funding mechanisms.
• Financial Planning & Performance Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to financial targets. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a liaison between the finance team, project teams, and executive leadership to ensure clear communication of financial performance, challenges, and opportunities. Present complex financial data in a concise and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor financial risks, ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and interests.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive professional growth and talent retention within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA, CFA, or other advanced certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, investment, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis, and ERP systems. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax implications, and funding mechanisms in the Middle East is essential.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Cultural Fit: Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment with a commitment to fostering inclusivity and collaboration. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
