We are looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at IHG in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and proven leadership skills.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering department.
• Ensure that all engineering work is carried out in accordance with company standards and regulations.
• Manage and develop a team of engineers, providing training and support as needed.
• Prepare and manage the engineering budget.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of engineering equipment and facilities.
• Ensure that all engineering work is carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
