We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Heart of House Specialist. This role is crucial in supporting various vital functions across our hotel, working closely with all departments including culinary, housekeeping, and laundry.

• Responsibilities include:
• Preparing clean and fresh linens and spotless dishware for our guests.
• Operating and maintaining equipment and tools such as dishwashers, hand-washing stations, washers, and dryers.
• Transporting dishes and linens throughout the hotel.
• Maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and quality standards, and upholding professional appearance and communication.
• Collaborating with other employees and departments to achieve common goals.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
• Lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
