Responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling creative concepts.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating them into our creative process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative styles and concepts.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
