As a Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage risk and regulatory projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
• Provide expert guidance and support to our team and clients on regulatory and financial risk matters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Contribute to business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, or a related area.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong project management skills.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory environments and financial risk management practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
