We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of premium residential assets in Jeddah. This is an exciting opportunity to manage exceptional residential communities and compounds, ensuring outstanding resident experiences while driving operational excellence.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Manage the full resident lifecycle, including tenancy contracts registration on the Ejar platform.
• Prepare, monitor, and control annual service charge and operating budgets, including OPEX forecasting and financial reporting.
• Oversee rent invoicing and collections, minimising arrears and coordinating escalation actions.
• Supervise FM service providers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met through regular performance reviews and site inspections.
• Support leasing activities, including unit handovers and maintenance of accurate tenancy schedules.
• Prepare monthly management reports covering financial performance, occupancy levels, maintenance activities, and resident feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, Savills policies, and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in residential property management within KSA or the GCC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management systems is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of the Ejar platform and KSA tenancy regulations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with Arabic language skills highly preferred.
• Client-focused, operational leadership, financial acumen, problem-solving, strong communication, highly organised, and collaborative approach.
• Based in Jeddah, with flexibility to travel within the Kingdom as required. Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
