Join the opening team of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche as our Commercial Director, a pivotal role within the Hotel Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will drive the hotel’s strategic commercial performance across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations.

In this critical leadership position, you will maximize revenue, build brand clarity, and establish a strong luxury market presence through integrated sales and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all commercial functions
• Developing and implementing the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget
• Collaborating with the General Manager on pricing, channel strategy, segmentation, and promotional planning
• Driving brand awareness through effective PR strategy, media relations, and content marketing
• Overseeing social media strategy and execution
• Evaluating market opportunities for business leads and partnerships
• Ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms and guest touchpoints
• Recruiting, leading, and developing a high-performing commercial team

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing leadership with a strong background in revenue and budget management
• Luxury hospitality expertise and knowledge of current customer and travel behavior trends
• Experience leading commercial strategy in a pre-opening or repositioning environment
• Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and multi-project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• High attention to detail and a passion for innovation and brand storytelling
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
