Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our operations by performing daily reconciliations, managing guest services during overnight hours, and maintaining seamless communication across departments. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Closing and Reconciliation: Execute the daily financial closing process, meticulously reviewing all transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards. Reconcile revenues and validate financial records to support transparent reporting.
• Guest Services Management: Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift, providing a seamless and welcoming experience. Address inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency to uphold our reputation for outstanding service.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit daily financial and operational reports to relevant departments, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of critical information. Facilitate coordination with other hotel departments to maintain smooth and efficient night-shift operations.
• Policy and Compliance Adherence: Strictly adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial and guest-related matters.

Qualifications and Skills

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a Night Auditor or hotel front office role, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial closing processes and guest service management.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Opera Cloud, with the ability to navigate and utilize the system effectively to support daily operations. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, to generate reports and analyze data.
• Language and Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to interact professionally with guests and colleagues. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and address diverse guest needs.
• Operational Requirements: Valid driving license with the ability to operate a vehicle confidently, ensuring mobility and reliability during night shifts. Willingness and ability to work full-time overnight shifts, maintaining high levels of focus and productivity.
