Telecommunications Supervisor - Riyadh Metro Line 3

Almaviva Saudi Arabia, a subsidiary of the Almaviva Group, is seeking a dedicated Telecommunications Supervisor to support Operation & Maintenance activities for Riyadh Metro Line 3. This role involves leading maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability and availability of mission-critical telecommunications systems, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold safe, efficient, and high operational standards.

• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of telecommunications systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability of mission-critical telecommunications systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to restore services and ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company operational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications Operation & Maintenance. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required. Experience in railway or metro telecommunications systems is highly preferred, as is hands-on experience with CTN, DCS, TETRA, PA/PIS, IP Telephony, or ECP systems.

Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
