Lead Cost Control Engineer - Residential Projects

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cost Control Engineer to join our team at RAWAJ in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost control and estimating for residential projects.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
• Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate cost risks and issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Provide regular cost reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost control and estimating for residential projects.
• Proven experience as a Lead Cost Control Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cost control systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
