Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Faculty member specializing in IT & Business Management to join our esteemed academic institution in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Instruction and Mentorship: Conduct engaging lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional development. Provide personalized mentorship to students, guiding them in their academic and career journeys while promoting an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer academic assessments, including exams, projects, and assignments, to measure student performance and learning outcomes. Utilize data-driven insights to refine teaching methodologies and enhance student success rates.
• Industry Engagement: Collaborate with industry partners to align course content with current and emerging trends in IT and Business Management. Facilitate internships, guest lectures, and networking opportunities to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: A minimum of a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Management, or a closely related field is required. A Ph.D. or terminal degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
• Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Cybersecurity, with a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical applications. Experience in curriculum development that emphasizes real-world relevance is essential.
• Teaching Experience: Proven track record in teaching or training at the higher education or professional level, with a focus on engaging diverse student populations and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
• Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools, and hands-on experience with industry-standard software and technologies relevant to IT and Business Management.
