Key Responsibilities

As a Flight Attendant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Safety and Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of safety and service throughout every flight, ensuring passengers receive a seamless and comfortable travel experience.
• Onboard Product Delivery: Consistently deliver SAUDIA’s premium onboard product, adhering to company policies and procedures to meet or exceed passenger expectations.
• Problem-Solving and Initiative: Proactively address challenging situations with professionalism and efficiency, contributing to a positive and safe cabin environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the cabin crew team to enhance the overall customer experience, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment.
• Adherence to Policies: Strictly follow SAUDIA’s policies and procedures, with a focus on maintaining a flying position as per company guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma. Applicants must achieve a minimum GPA of 2.0 out of 4, 3.0 out of 5, or 70% in their academic records.
• Language Proficiency: Achieve the required level of English language proficiency, as demonstrated by a minimum score of 72 on the Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS. The test must have been taken within the last three years from the application date. The STEP test is mandatory for all candidates, including those who graduated outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Minimum arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Height and weight must align with SAUDIA’s standard chart, with a minimum height requirement of 155 cm.
  • Must pass SAUDIA’s screening assessment, including medical fitness verification.
• Personal Presentation: Maintain a pleasant overall appearance, excellent personal hygiene, and good dental health. Clear skin on the face and hands is essential, and visible tattoos or body piercings are not permitted.
