Join our partner company in Saudi Arabia as a Recruiter, where you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle and attract exceptional talent across global markets. This role offers an engaging, fast-paced environment and the opportunity to build meaningful professional relationships.

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring professionals while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment activities and developing strong candidate pipelines.
• Sourcing qualified candidates through various methods, including direct search and headhunting.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support effective hiring decisions.
• Ensuring structured and consistent interview processes across teams.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, with IT recruitment experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, headhunting methods, and recruitment tools.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset.
