We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Audit Manager to support our direct manager in driving operational efficiency and compliance with professional audit standards. This role involves:

• Developing and implementing internal audit policies, processes, and procedures.
• Conducting comprehensive internal audit activities across risk management, internal controls, and governance areas.
• Preparing and reporting audit findings, assessments, and progress on implementation of agreed recommendations.
• Assisting in developing annual audit plans and schedules to ensure adequate risk coverage.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with department managers and key stakeholders.
• Continuously developing professional knowledge and audit expertise.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• A University Degree in Law, Finance, Engineering, or a similar field, with a postgraduate degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of auditing experience, preferably with some experience at a big auditing firm.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.
