Credit Control Supervisor - CDHORIZON

CDHORIZON, a global top 100 integrated equipment operation service provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Credit Control Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will oversee credit control and accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collections, minimizing credit risk, and maintaining healthy cash flow.

• Responsibilities:
• Evaluate customers' creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
• Issue invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and prepare aging reports for overdue accounts.
• Contact delinquent customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and escalate overdue accounts when necessary.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, resolve payment disputes, and send payment reminders.
• Prepare regular internal reports on outstanding accounts, aging analysis, and collection progress.
• Ensure credit control activities comply with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts with invoices and bank statements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve credit issues and improve internal processes.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, accounts receivable, and collection processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
