Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This remote-based position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by driving end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting business development and account management initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, including Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer management to secure top talent.
• Business Development Support: Identify prospective clients, assist in outreach efforts, and participate in client meetings to expand our service offerings and strengthen market presence.
• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their hiring needs, ensuring service quality, and addressing any concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
• Pipeline and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines, manage client records, and generate hiring reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Compliance and Localization: Ensure recruitment practices align with Saudization (Nitaqat) targets and local labor regulations, leveraging tools such as Qiwa for seamless compliance.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional with the following qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Early exposure or demonstrated interest in client-facing roles, such as sales, business development, or account management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and clients.
• Familiarity with local labor regulations and tools like Qiwa is advantageous.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
