Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role is designed for an individual who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategic marketing, capable of transforming abstract ideas into compelling narratives and visually engaging concepts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand, showcase our projects, and resonate with our target audiences. Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Generate and refine creative marketing concepts for campaigns, brand initiatives, and project-specific communications. Your ideas will serve as the foundation for engaging content that captures attention and drives impact.
• Storytelling & Content Strategy: Develop compelling narratives around our projects, behind-the-scenes activities, and industry insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, authentic, and aligned with our brand positioning.
• Pitch & Presentation Support: Assist in preparing high-impact pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients and partners. Your ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively will be instrumental in winning new business opportunities.
• Creative Direction: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative solutions that enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels. Monitor our brand presence to ensure a cohesive and recognizable creative voice.
• Collaboration & Ideation: Work closely with internal teams, including design, sales, and project management, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Your creative input will help identify new opportunities for growth and client engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Creative Media, Communication, or a related field is required. Additional certifications or training in creative industries will be considered a valuable asset.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience in creative marketing, advertising, or content development. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and develop structured marketing ideas. A keen eye for visual and narrative storytelling will be essential in creating engaging content.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) and creative ideation processes. Proficiency in graphic design or video editing software is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple projects is critical.
