About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team and lead the charge in revolutionizing Qias projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions, optimizing workflows, and fostering data-driven decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming traditional processes into intelligent, automated, and interconnected systems that align with Qias standards and KSA regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives tailored to Qias projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Process Optimization: Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for digital enhancement, automation, and integration.
• Technology Deployment: Implement and integrate advanced digital platforms, including ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), project management tools (like Primavera or MS Project), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and data analytics solutions to streamline operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards to provide real-time insights into project performance, enabling proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders, including management, engineers, and end-users, to define digital requirements, tailor solutions to specific project needs, and ensure seamless adoption.
• System Integration: Facilitate the integration of IT systems with construction and operational processes, ensuring data consistency, accessibility, and security across all platforms.
• Training and Change Management: Provide comprehensive training, support, and guidance to project teams to foster digital literacy, drive adoption, and manage organizational change effectively.
• Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the progress of digital transformation initiatives, measure return on investment (ROI), and present findings to Qias management to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all digital solutions adhere to Qias standards, KSA regulations, and cybersecurity protocols, safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining operational integrity.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital transformation within the construction or infrastructure sector, particularly on Qias projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience working on Qias projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum of 5 years in digital transformation, systems implementation, or IT project delivery, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.

Technical Proficiency

• In-depth knowledge of digital transformation frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and project management tools like Primavera or MS Project.
• Expertise in database management, system integration, and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other construction-specific digital tools.
