Assistant Finance Manager - Musanadah, KSA - Khobar

We are seeking a dynamic Saudi National finance professional with 8-10 years of progressive experience to join our Eastern Region team as an Assistant Finance Manager. This role involves managing end-to-end finance operations and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

• Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, including variance analysis.
• Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and working capital optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, local regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
• Manage group consolidation and reporting requirements.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and key stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making and performance management.

Key Requirements:

• Saudi National
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and consolidation
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, SOCPA, or equivalent
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
