Technician, Facility - Equipment

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician, Facility - Equipment to join our team at Catrion Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on facility-related machinery.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment history
Collaborate with other technicians and facility management to ensure smooth operations
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Work flexible hours as needed to support facility operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical training or certification
Proven experience as a facility equipment technician or similar role
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with a variety of facility equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
