Join Sanofi's General Medicines team as our Population Health Strategy Manager, focusing on Type 1 diabetes in Saudi Arabia. You'll adapt global screening and monitoring strategies for our first-in-class therapy in Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes, driving meaningful outcomes and transforming healthcare delivery.

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct ecosystem mapping to identify key healthcare players.
• Build partnerships with public health leaders and clinical leads for early Type 1 diabetes detection education.
• Identify and remove operational barriers in the patient pathway.
• Design and implement collaborative care pathways and projects.
• Engage external stakeholders to create T1D pathway awareness.
• Build evidence-based, non-promotional narratives to catalyze the T1D pathway.
• Continuously assess and optimize infrastructure for early detection.

About You: Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial or medical pharmaceutical/medical devices, with project management and external-facing tactical execution skills. Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or Public Health. Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, and negotiation abilities. Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong English and Arabic communication skills. Specialty disease area, marketing, and diabetes experience are advantageous.
