Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative - Hematology, Riyadh

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative to join our team in Riyadh, focusing on our hematology portfolio. This role is instrumental in driving our business forward by collaborating with cross-functional teams and key customers to implement strategic plans and achieve sales targets.

• Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the district promotion manager to develop and execute territory plans of action (POA) and key account plans.
• Regularly review and evaluate progress against plans, and agree on necessary course corrections.
• Contribute to cluster/territory teams and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to define key account plan objectives and responsibilities.
• Engage with peers, the district manager, and cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare industry and trends.
• Fulfill customer commitments and update customer profiles in our CRM system.
• Adhere to Amgen's selling approaches and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Operate within the agreed expense budget, aligning with POA priorities.
• Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication, and selling skills through self-learning and participation in training programs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or clinical pharmacy (BPharm/PharmD).
• Proven track record of success in a pharmaceutical sales role, with a consistent history of achieving results.
• Saudi national based in Riyadh.
• Preferred experience in oncology, hematology, or biotechnology fields, along with a solid understanding of the Saudi healthcare system and patient flow, particularly in the public sector.
• Proficient in computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
