Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Targeted Engagement: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet targeted visits per tier, ensuring consistent and impactful engagement with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the Eastern Region.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with dermatologists and other designated medical professionals to effectively educate them about Galderma’s leading Injectable Aesthetics products.
• Scientific Engagement and Education: Conduct in-person visits with HCPs to share critical medical updates, facilitate scientific discussions, and lead training sessions, workshops, and presentations that enhance their understanding of Galderma’s solutions.
• Training and Development Initiatives: Organize and participate in hands-on training sessions, workshops, and scientific meetings for HCPs, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques to deliver optimal patient care.
• Integrated Dermatology Solutions (IDS) Advocacy: Educate HCPs on Galderma’s Integrated Dermatology Solutions approach, emphasizing the importance of holistic treatment regimens to improve patient outcomes and overall treatment efficacy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align educational strategies, enhance HCP engagement, and ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
• Educational Marketing Execution: Implement and support Galderma’s educational marketing plans by delivering medical content through presentations, workshops, and other educational initiatives designed to drive awareness and adoption of our products.
• Market Insights and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback from HCPs regarding Galderma’s products. Use these insights to refine and enhance our educational strategies and product positioning.
• Scientific Expertise and Compliance: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of medical advancements and data in dermatology and aesthetics, ensuring that all information shared with HCPs is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards. Collect and report pharmacovigilance cases to headquarters in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements governing interactions with HCPs, including adherence to company policies and country-specific laws.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage and allocate company resources, such as time, marketing expenses, and samples, in collaboration with your Line Manager to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Performance Tracking and Development: Regularly review performance metrics and work with your manager to develop actionable plans that address areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed activity and results reports, including daily reports, weekly plans, and comprehensive monthly and annual territory analyses to track progress and outcomes.
• Issue Resolution: Address HCP complaints by conducting thorough investigations, developing effective solutions, and providing actionable recommendations to management to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
• Strategic Mindset: Maintain an integrated strategy mindset, aligning your efforts with Galderma’s broader business objectives and long-term vision to drive sustainable success.
