Position Overview

Our subsidiary, Jadaya, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using the ARIS platform. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with clients to reengineer business processes, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance frameworks, and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in ARIS platform implementation, combining deep technical expertise with strong business consulting acumen to analyze complex organizational challenges, design innovative solutions, and successfully deliver transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Process Consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from discovery and analysis to implementation and optimization. Your core duties will include:

• Process Design and Governance: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ARIS solutions, including Process Design, Process Governance (APG), and ARIS Connect to ensure robust process governance and alignment with business objectives.
• Process Mining and Analytics: Conduct process mining engagements by analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies, compliance gaps, process deviations, and performance improvement opportunities. Develop interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using ARIS Dashboards, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to provide actionable insights.
• Custom Development and Automation: Develop custom reports, scripts, macros, and automation solutions using JavaScript and ARIS APIs to enhance functionality and streamline workflows. Configure workflow automation and governance processes to support approvals, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Gathering: Lead stakeholder workshops, business interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to understand organizational objectives and operational challenges. Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
• Data Management and Integration: Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and modeling to support reporting, analytics, and process intelligence initiatives. Support integrations between ARIS and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, HR systems, ERP platforms, and document management solutions.
• Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior consultants and project team members. Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to ARIS implementations, integrations, and custom developments.
• Documentation and Training: Prepare high-quality technical documentation, solution architecture documents, implementation guides, user manuals, and training materials to ensure seamless adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Client-Facing Responsibilities: Participate in client presentations, solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay current with ARIS product enhancements, BPM best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve customer solutions and deliver cutting-edge outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following educational and experiential criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5-8 years of experience delivering Business Process Management (BPM), Digital Transformation, Process Intelligence, or Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring the ARIS platform.
  • Proven consulting experience delivering enterprise-scale BPM projects across multiple industries.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong JavaScript programming experience.
  • Experience developing REST API integrations and web services.
  • Strong SQL programming and database querying skills.
  • Experience with relational databases and data modeling concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and influence decision-makers.
