Position Overview

As an HR Partner, KSA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Saudi Arabia business by collaborating closely with the HR Lead to execute core people priorities. This includes talent processes, employee engagement, Saudization compliance, HR operations, and change initiatives. The role is designed for an experienced HR professional who possesses a deep understanding of Saudi labor practices, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the HR Lead, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Support and Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate with the HR Lead to deliver the people agenda for Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with business priorities and HR best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, people managers, employees, and HR partners across the matrix.
  • Provide practical HR guidance to managers and employees on routine people matters, escalating complex or sensitive cases to the HR Lead as needed.
  • Assist in preparing HR updates, dashboards, people insights, and follow-up actions to drive informed decision-making.

HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle

  • Support critical employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, documentation, exits, and employee data updates.
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting, audit readiness, employee documentation, and data quality across HR systems and local records.
  • Coordinate with payroll, benefits, medical insurance, government relations, and other support functions to enhance the employee experience.
  • Apply HR policies consistently and ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, internal standards, and company values.
  • Liaise with Legal, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to resolve HR matters effectively.
  • Uphold confidentiality, documentation discipline, and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.

Local HR Requirements

  • Monitor and support Saudization priorities, including workforce data tracking, action implementation, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on Saudi government platforms and employment systems to ensure adherence to local regulations.
  • Stay updated on relevant Saudi HR, labor, and compliance developments, and communicate potential implications to the HR Lead.

Talent, Engagement, and Change Support

  • Assist in executing the talent agenda, including talent review preparation, development action follow-up, and succession planning inputs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring processes and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Support engagement, culture, and change initiatives by coordinating plans, tracking actions, and facilitating effective communication and implementation.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve the employee experience and work environment in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or HR operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, employment regulations, and local HR practices.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and influence positive outcomes in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical business practices.
