Driver - Transportation Specialist

The Driver, a critical role in our operations, is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting our workforce between accommodation facilities and project sites/yards. This position demands a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and strict compliance with company policies to ensure timely and secure transportation.

• Transport workers between dormitories and yards according to scheduled timings.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company safety regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, including fuel level, engine condition, and cleanliness.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Assist in coordinating transport schedules when required.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability in all transportation duties.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license (appropriate class for the assigned vehicle, e.g., bus/van).
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in worker transportation.
• Good knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
• Ability to communicate basic instructions in English.
• Physically fit and able to work in a site-based environment.
