The Mining & Minerals Consultant serves as a strategic advisor, driving digital transformation across the mining value chain. This role combines deep mining expertise with a customer-centric approach to support business development, solution design, and customer engagements. The Consultant works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure Digital Platforms' solutions address industry challenges and customer priorities.

• Provide mining domain expertise across operations, supporting customer engagements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Advise customers on industry challenges, operational improvements, and digital technology applications to enhance productivity, safety, sustainability, and performance.
• Support business development and presales teams with mining expertise during customer interactions and opportunity qualification.
• Define customer-centric solutions aligned with operational and business objectives, and contribute to solution design and enhancement.
• Evaluate emerging mining technologies and digital trends, recommending their application within Digital Platforms' solutions.
• Participate in customer workshops and industry events to identify business opportunities and transformation priorities.
• Develop industry-specific use cases, thought leadership materials, and represent Digital Platforms in industry forums.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure mining industry requirements are reflected in product evolution.
• Support implementation teams and contribute to internal capability development by sharing mining industry knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Mining, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in the mining industry, with a strong understanding of mining operations and digital technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
