• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular internal audits and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management processes and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain quality management documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in quality management, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, ISO 9001 standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and quality management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
