Program Overview

The Early Career Trainee program is a structured initiative designed to invest in young talent by providing comprehensive training and development. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Maintenance and Repairs: Execute and support repair activities and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate back-office reports, test results, and customer documentation at site locations to ensure compliance and transparency.
• OEM Collaboration: Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to resolve complex repair issues and ensure seamless technical support.
• Project Support: Provide technical assistance for the installation, pre-arrangement, and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Collaborate effectively within a team environment, taking on leadership roles when necessary to allocate responsibilities and drive project success.
• Safety and Compliance: Champion safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) operations, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, particularly High Voltage Switchgear, and familiarity with equipment specifications.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation to support operational tasks.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential to facilitate effective communication in diverse work environments.
• Mobility: Willingness to work at various sites across the kingdom, adapting to different operational environments.
