Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quality Control Supervisor to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Supervise daily operations within the manufacturing environment, ensuring strict adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and other regulatory requirements to maintain product integrity and safety.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and production teams to streamline product development, launch processes, and ensure seamless integration of quality standards across all stages of manufacturing.
• Process Optimization: Implement and monitor robust quality control procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate product quality.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation for regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections, ensuring full compliance with local and international guidelines.
• Team Development: Mentor and train staff on quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Vendor and Procurement Management: Oversee vendor relationships and procurement activities related to pharmaceutical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality specifications.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in GMP, ISO, or regulatory affairs are highly advantageous.
