Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled ICT Technicians and Engineers with critical infrastructure expertise to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, construction-driven environments. The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining robust ICT systems that underpin the seamless operation of our construction projects. These systems include networks, servers, workstations, and peripherals, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert technical support to project teams. Your responsibilities will encompass managing hardware and software updates, maintaining stringent security protocols, and ensuring robust backup and recovery procedures. Collaboration with construction and project management staff will be essential to align ICT capabilities with evolving project requirements. The position demands hands-on engagement in a dynamic site environment, with a strong emphasis on reliability, safety, and adherence to both company standards and local regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• System Installation & Configuration: Deploy and configure ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations, to meet the unique demands of construction projects.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and resolve technical incidents to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Technical Support & Collaboration: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to site and office users, ensuring seamless operations across all project phases.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust network security measures, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Hardware & Software Management: Oversee the lifecycle of ICT assets, including updates, patches, and lifecycle management, to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Project Alignment: Work closely with construction and project management teams to assess ICT needs, recommend solutions, and integrate technology into project workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Network Administration: Proficiency in managing, monitoring, and securing LAN/WAN environments that support critical infrastructure.
• Information Technology: Strong expertise in system configuration, software deployment, and ICT asset management.
• Technical Support: Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills to address incidents and provide efficient resolution in a timely manner.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in ICT support for construction sites, critical infrastructure, or industrial environments is highly advantageous.
• Analytical & Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to think critically, pay meticulous attention to detail, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of network security protocols, backup and recovery strategies, and industry-standard ICT tools and operating systems.
• Educational Background: A Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are considered a plus.
