Media Consultancy Manager - Riyadh

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Consultancy Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Riyadh. This role involves leading client relationships, managing and developing a team, and driving media and digital strategy, performance, and optimisation across assigned accounts.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, owning senior relationships and driving account success.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to foster high performance and professional growth.
• Analyze and optimize media and digital campaign performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement media and digital strategies, focusing on planning, optimisation, and performance enhancement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Stay current with the evolving media and digital landscape, tools, platforms, and data.
• Make informed, commercially sound decisions to deliver against agreed KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in media planning and digital within a leading agency
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into insights and actions
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing media and digital campaigns
• High attention to detail, accountability, and strong team collaboration skills
