Finance Manager / Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team at Whitecollars, based in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic leader who will oversee all financial operations, drive financial planning and analysis, and ensure the company’s fiscal health and growth. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in all financial matters, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance policies to safeguard the company’s assets and mitigate financial risks.
• Treasury and Cash Flow Management: Manage liquidity, cash flow, and treasury operations to ensure optimal financial resource allocation and sustainability.
• Investor Relations: Act as a liaison with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions to communicate the company’s financial performance, growth strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the executive team to identify and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, optimize tax strategies, and manage tax filings to minimize liabilities and maximize profitability.
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning to enhance the company’s market position.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights and recommendations to the board of directors, senior management, and other key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA, MSc) or professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior finance role within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel skills, and strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to influence and drive change across the organization. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi market, regulatory environment, and industry-specific financial practices is advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
