Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of AI coding agents to assess their performance, reliability, and adherence to best practices in software development. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven enhancements.
• Python Development: Lead the design, development, and optimization of Python-based modules and frameworks that power our AI coding agents. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and high performance in all implementations.
• Algorithm Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine algorithms used by AI coding agents, focusing on improving code generation, debugging, and optimization capabilities. Stay abreast of advancements in machine learning and AI to integrate innovative solutions.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate the functionality, security, and robustness of AI coding agents. Address bugs, vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks through systematic debugging and iterative improvements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed technical documentation outlining the architecture, functionality, and evaluation metrics of AI coding agents. Prepare reports for stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to align AI agent capabilities with business objectives. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in Python programming, AI technologies, and software development best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments and a passion for advancing AI-driven coding tools.

• Technical Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Python development, with a deep understanding of frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and natural language processing (NLP) is highly desirable.
• AI and Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with AI-driven applications, particularly in the context of code generation, analysis, or automation. Knowledge of reinforcement learning, neural networks, or automated reasoning is a plus.
• Software Engineering: Strong grasp of software development principles, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
