Key Responsibilities

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for a range of duties that directly contribute to the integrity of our manufacturing processes and final products. These responsibilities include:

• Product Inspection: Performing detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Process Monitoring: Conducting regular checks on manufacturing processes to identify potential issues, deviations, or non-conformities, and documenting findings for further analysis.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of inspection results, test data, and corrective actions taken. Preparing detailed reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensuring adherence to local and international quality standards, such as ISO, HACCP, and GMP, as well as company-specific protocols to mitigate risks and ensure product safety.
• Collaboration and Training: Working closely with production teams, supervisors, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns, provide training on quality best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Equipment and Tool Verification: Inspecting and calibrating measurement tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure they are functioning correctly and providing accurate results during quality assessments.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a strong commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Food Science is a plus.
• Proven experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection tools, and testing methodologies.
