In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality control activities and findings.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior QA/QC engineers and site staff.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
