Key Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager at Masimo, your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and market penetration for assigned key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors across Saudi Arabia.
• Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, procurement managers, and clinical leaders, to foster trust and loyalty.
• Revenue Generation: Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that align with Masimo’s business objectives and market demands.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and deliver superior customer experiences.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and market share, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to clients and internal stakeholders on Masimo’s product portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in key account management, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology sector. Prior experience in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining high ethical standards.
