Senior Contracts Engineer - Penspen, Al Khafji

Penspen, a leading global provider of engineering and project management services to the energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Engineer to join our team in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and negotiating complex contracts, ensuring they align with our business objectives and comply with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
• Managing contract compliance and risk
• Liaising with clients, lawyers, and other external parties
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in contract law and industry best practices

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Law or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the energy industry. You will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
